Well, November has rolled around so I guess it’s time to start that Christmas shopping — though I know for a fact that some people have already been Christmas shopping for a few months, crazy crazy times.

When it comes to Christmas gifts I am a big fan of the novelty, kooky, slighly outrageous gifts. I’d always rather give a flying finger kite than a boring old candle set or bath salts and thankfully my friends and family enjoy recieving them from me, hurrah.

A while ago I came across a neat gift site I have not visited before, Bad Apple Stores. At BadAppleStores.com you can pick up some great holiday gifts, Terry Turtle, Christmas gifts, gag gifts and they ship to both the UK and the USA. They currently don’t seem to stock too many products, just two pages worth in total — but what they do have is unique, not the usual novelty gifts you see on all the well known UK gift sites. My dad would probably love the ‘Floodlamp’ desk lamp, and my dad is notoriously hard to buy for so any site that stocks something for him gets a thumbs up from me.

I hope to see the site develop into something bigger and add more stock to their inventory :)
