Has anyone been on the new Ghost Ship at Morey’s Piers yet? It’s supposed to be really good from what I have heard, sounds a bit like a combination between a regular swinging ghost ship ride and something like the York Dungeons.
It’s ages since I have been to an amusement park and I really want to go now, I think the last time I went any where was Blackpool Pleasure Beach for the fireworks and that must have been at least 5 years ago now.
I definitely need to get somewhere before the summer is out

Totally off-topic here (sorry!) but are you watching this year’s BB? Can’t believe it will all be over soon.
Went to Ocean Beach (http://www.oceanbeach.co.uk) last year – not the most glamourous amusement park in the world, but hey, I’m not picky, I love any ride
Bought an all day pass & went on everything. I’m sure now that I’m older, all my internal organs are looser – on some of the more crazy rides I could feel my insides swinging around 
They have a small track for Go Karts there too, went on those for a bit (’til it started raining, & we kept skidding out!) Fun day
