And so in my final ‘exciting update’ from the last few months – Gav and I are now actually starting to plan our wedding. We’ve been engaged for over 4 years now I think (how bad is that, I can’t even remember when we got engaged!) and although that means the plan was obviously to get married it was always just ‘at some point’ as neither of us have been in any rush.

Now don’t get me wrong we are not about to rush out and purchase the dress and some wedding insurance this week, it’s still going to be a long way off (most like June 2011) and as we are not planning a big extravagant wedding it’s hopefully not going to take too much planning – I’ve watched too many of my own female friends turn into Bridezillas over the years – don’t want to become so stressed that I turn into one myself.

The fact I even know we need to get wedding insurance says a lot as to how far I’ve already come because if you had mentioned wedding insurance to me a few weeks ago I’d have looked at you blankly and asked what the heck I needed that for!

So yeah, lots of changes afoot in Starlet’s world
