Ponder this, you find yourself alone and stranded on a desert island…you have nothing but the clothes on your back and a laptop, it got a little wet and now will only allow you to visit three websites, and use three programs. What do you chose, and why?
Mine would be:
Websites -
Youtube - Obvious reasons, you can watch whole TV series and have endless hours of fun…plus make friends and interact with people to keep you from getting lonely.
Mininova - So I can download the updates for my three chosen programs, and watch any TV show or film I ever want to.
Wikipedia - Lots of free time, so you could learn every thing in the world ever. Plus you’d be able to find out if you just ate poisonous berries or something.
Programs -
Azureus - So that I can download the .torrents I get from Mininova.
Windows Media Player - So I can watch said downloaded torrents.
MSN - So that I can keep in touch with my loved ones, and make new friends galore.

Oh my freaking god, I can’t believe you’d ask a question like that!! =P
LOL, well, the only websites I know I’d want are… Haha, ok, that’s 5… =P But yeah, mine’s and LJ so that I can blog, and Facebook, Myspace, and Yahoo Mail for keeping in touch. =P
As for programs… Pidgin, and hmm… I don’t know what else… What about FF? You didn’t have a web browser listed, so how are you going to watch Youtube?? Haha, yeah, I’m stuck on programs. =P But yeah, Pidgin actually kills off a couple, since you can log into multiple instant messengers with 1 program. =P
Where would you get a connection from on a desert island?

Good question! Mine would be:
Websites:
bbc.co.uk - for keeping up with the news…
facebook.com - for keeping in touch with my friends (and to get them to send for help!)
vexels.net - cause it’s the website i visit the second most often and it would keep me entertained
Programs:
Photoshop - to make vexels
Itunes - can’t live without music! Also to download podcasts like Russell Brand’s show and learn languages (I’m guessing I’d have a lot of spare time)
Firefox - so I can see the above websites (as cleverly pointed out by simply precious :P)
Well I’d rather try to guess for my husband:
1. porn.com
2. beer.com
3. football.com
1. media player
2. football PC game
3. Notepad, ’cause anything else would be too complex.
