I got some neon flowers, who knew you could get neon flowers? they are awesome!! It took me a few days until the water turned neon pink to realise they weren’t perhaps completely Au Naturale and perhaps a little dye was involved, but they still rawk!!

neonflowersI burn more than that when I fart!

Do any of you guys use NETeller? They are thieving pieces of scum as far as I am concerned! I had to register with them in order to cashout my bingo winnings on one of the sites I won on, at the time I thought to myself how dubious I was about it and wished the site offered cashout by BACS, or cheque or even paypal instead - all things I know how to use and am comfortable with etc. Well, eventually after having to go through a billion stages and security checks, the bingo site sent me the £50, then I get an email from NETeller informing me my account is blocked and I need to give them my phone number so they can call me, grrrr, I have emailed them twice now with my number and they have not called (and you guys know how I feel about phone calls, it’s been making me sick to my stomach every time my phone has rang over the last week!). So looks like they just plan on keeping my money indefinitely. Bastards.

In other news, on Wednesday I finally got an Elliptical…yay…unfortunately, it has many things ‘wrong’ with it and will probably end up going back, the problem is though that there’s no actual faults, just things I don’t like…so eBuyer will probably make me foot the bill in returning it. It’s huge and weighs like 30kg, it’s going to cost a fortune.

P0128555_C0000264_P0000000I burn more than that when I fart!

I have 3 main problems with it:

Firstly, it’s too big for my room…actually that’s an understatement, it takes up my entire room…it’s bigger than the ones I discarded for being too big. The max dimensions I needed it to be, were 50cm in width by 85cms in length. It’s actually:

Length: 108cm (122cm when moving)
Height: 145cm
width: 60cm

Secondly, it’s too big for me…as in…I am only 5ft, the foot peddles are so far apart it’s not comfy and the foot peddles are too far back from the handles that I have to lean over (only ever ever so slightly) and even after just 30 mins my back was aching like a bitch from it - I fear if I continued to use it like this I’d do myself lasting damage. Think if it does end up going back this will be the reason I say, and try get them to foot the bill as it’s not ‘fit for purpose’ and they should have a minimum height listed on the site or something.

Thirdly, the instructions for the computer on it are the wrong ones…they are for some exercise bike - it’s strange because it’s all part of one book, the first half being for assembling the machine (took my pa and I 1 and a half hours, it’s a beast lol) which definitely are for this machine, but the back few pages which are meant to be for the computer, are for something else…weiiird. So I can’t understand what the heck it’s on about! Like I said, yesterday I did 30 minutes on it, apparently I did 6.7 ‘distance’ and 8.3 ‘calories’ - 6.7 WHAT? Meters, miles, kilometers, feet?! and 8.3 calories in 30 minutes? I burn more than that just from being alive for 30 minutes! Even if we are to assume I was doing it on the lowest resistance and with minimum effort (I wasn’t!) it should still be more like 200 in 30 minutes, and given how hard I was working and how much I was out of breath and sweating, I’d have expected it to be more like 400…so 8.6? 8.6 my arse, even if it means 86 it’s still too low, and it can’t mean 860 as that’s too much. So quite what it is measuring I don’t know, but that’s the main reason I am unhappy with the thing. I want to know how many calories I am burning, if I just have to guestimate I’d rather send it back, save myself £60 and just do aerobics to a video instead.

Gaaah.

Ok I am done whingeing for the day.:bye1:

Great flowers! Purple rocks :D Didn’t know they existed either - although… I think I’ve seen them a while ago. o.O I hope you’ll be able to return the Elliptical , it sucks that it doesn’t work like you expected it to, and that it’s too big. Hopefully you won’t have to pay extra money for it.

OMG, the flowers are beautiful!!! *__*
Yeah, that NETeller looks like scam to me :( Try phoning them up, maybe it can clear your doubts. If it’s scam, probably the number doesn’t even exist ^^; This Elliptical machine doesn’t look to work very well… maybe they sent you a malfuctioning one? You may ask them to change it maybe :o
