Poetry with Flare
Thank you for all the birthday wishes kind chaps :party: I had a nice birthday and got some great pressies, the only downside of it was that I had had a migraine all weekend so I wasn’t feeling 100% 
We went to the pub in the evening, but only stayed an hour….would have liked to have stayed out, got hammered etc but didn’t want to risk angering the migraine back. It was nice to leave though actually, after my friend had had the ‘DJ’ announce my 30th birthday to the whole pub! Grr :no:
Any way I got some smashing pressies, mainly stuff I already knew I was getting/had ordered myself…but it was all stuff I needed (memory card, blank discs, new purse, socks, pins etc etc) also got some nice stuff I didn’t know I was getting, like a new cushion, flowers etc
I ended up with 3 teddy bears, one from my parents, one from my brother and Sister in Law and one from Gav…I tried to act all “I’m not a child you know, pfft” – but who am I trying to kid? I love my teddy bears heh
Gav got me my Supercard for my DS – So I now get to play any game ever, so far I have been mainly playing Nintendogs and Bomberman, a helium balloon (favourite pressy!!), Teddy, a candle…and he burned me about 30 gigs worth of stuff (TAR seasons and DS games!)
At tea time we went out and he bought me Fish and Chips (and a battered sausage, how fat?) from a new chippy that has opened up the road…I love fish and chips but only have em once a blue moon…so that was nice 
aaaaand my ‘main’ thing from my parents was my shelves, they were a lot of work to get up but they finally are and they are super neat, I feel all organised and tidy now…yay.
PICTUUUUUURRRRREEEEES.
Looking at that lot, you wouldn’t guess it was my 27th birthday, not my 7th, would you? :rotfl:
In other news….there is no other news, I don’t have time for this blogging malarkey at the moment, I have a new website to work on and a gorgeous pin DS with an endless supply of games to play

Glad you had a good time. I think I would’ve been embarrassed to have my bday announced publicly, though. I thought most people “held” at 29.

Hey, that sounds like some really nice presents you got. I especially liked the teddy bears, I don’t care how old I get, I’ll always love teddys, nice to know there are more people that appreciate them.

Happy belated birthday! You got some very awesome gifties indeed – I adore stuffed animals in a major way so I’m all jealous ’cause those look so cuddly! I’m sorry to hear that you had a migraine though. Those are totally evil – I get a few a week so I can definitely sympathise

They sound like pretty awesome prezzies to me!
That supercard thing looks cool, though they can be abused by E-Bay sellers which sucks. I got a rayman game for the GBA that was obviously just the game put onto an empty cartridge that someone made on their pc or something. In the end there was a big E-Bay dispute but we did get our money back – even though they would not admit that it was fake. The game didn’t even save! Maybe if it saved I wouldn’t have been as annoyed. Oh well. Have fun with your DS Supercard!
