Well, as I mentioned before Gav and I did our Valentines on Tuesday night/Wednesday early am. At first I thought it was going to be an absolute disaster, I had been looking forward to it all week but he arrived Tuesday morning in a stinker of a mood that just got worse and worse as time went on, and as the day went on he admitted to having forgot to bring/do half of what he was supposed to, so I went from looking forward to it to absolutely dreading it and wanting to just postpone it until he stopped being a miserable old twat :irked:

He managed to pull himself together enough that it was nice and romantic though After we got home from the pub (11.30pm) I was sent upstairs for a bit while he prepared the kitchen…I came back down after a while and there was a big heart made out of candles on the table, a card, a big fluffy heart shaped cushion and a bottle of Cherry Breezer (because it’s red lol).

Then he made us some food, he was meant to bring ingredients for something fancy…but that was one of the things he forgot so we ended up just having mince and potatoes, which is what we always have on Tuesday nights, he tried to make my potatoes into a heart though which was cute. We also exchanged cards at this point and he produced a bottle of Champagne :spit:

After food we chilled for a while, then I sent him upstairs while I romanticised the living room. I put heart shaped lights up, blew up a few heart shaped balloons, put a pink fleecy throw on the floor with loads of pillows and cushions, lit some candles and incense and put all the things I had got for him on the table.

There we chilled and snuggled for a while and I gave him his little gifts, I just got him bits and bobs…a little teddy, some socks, a cracker and some choccies that say ‘I love you’, plus I made some buns and got yet another bottle of booze :dizzy:
He also produced some lovely earrings he had got me…and…use your imagination as to what we did for the next hour or so :censored::throb:…and then we finished the evening with me rolling around in agony with a mega headache and throwing up, unfortunately mixing drinks (beer, rum, champagne and vodka = :vomit:) and eating chocolate and buns etc is not a good idea

All in all…a nice Valentines day despite it not starting out the best Hope you all had a great one, happy belated Valentines day chaps!!
