It’s been almost a week since I last blogged, that is ages for me. I had got into the habit of blogging every 2 or 3 days but this last week I didn’t have much to say, even though there has been lots going on. Strange huh?
Firstly and most importantly, I didn’t know Bob Harper was a homosexual, he’s totally been my TV boyfriend the last few years and now I find out this, how could he do it to me!! I’m taking my Gaydar back to the shop.
It’s OK, I am sure I will get over it…with time. In fairness he’s been a bit of a dick this current season of The Biggest Loser so I had already started sleeping in another bed! Speaking of this years Biggest Loser, anyone else having a hard time giving a crap about any of the final 4? Kai and Heather, don’t even get me started on what atrociously vile people they are…they could lose all the weight in the world and still be fugly, because they are fugly on the inside. You don’t know how excited I got at the preview for next weeks final when they showed one of them (we assume Heather) kicking the scale away and saying she had a big secret to reveal, God how I hope she fell off the wagon into a big pile of cakes and got all fat again. Wow, that’s a terrible thing for me to hope, but hope it I do
Erik is a backstabbing scumbag, how could he do that to Marty…and then the following 2 weeks during vote off claim is vote is ‘out of loyalty’ - oh yeah, you can be loyal to the red team Harpies but not to you fellow blue team, last man standing, bessie mate Marty :biting:
This leaves us with Wylie, who I simply don’t care about…just haven’t warmed to him, but I don’t hate on him either so by default I guess I am rooting for him. I wanted one of the homies to win, Jaron seemed like such a nice bloke. I hope all the at homies come back looking way hotter than the ranchers
I knuckled down this week and got on with my Christmas shopping, I now thankfully have most of it done. Only Gav left to buy for. I managed to do most of it online, too. In fact, I think I have done it all online…my mums picked up a few bits and bobs for me in town but I haven’t actually been out and bought anything myself hehe
This place has been like a small factory the last week or so and that’s set to continue, because as well as loads of things being delivered loads of things have been sent out. eBay have had 2 cheap listing days the last few weeks so I put up a load of my old crap to sell, as well as those phones…I think I linked to one in a previous entry. I found a site that was selling them off clearance, had a look on eBay and they were selling for double the price, so I bought one and it sold….now I have sold four of them at £25 profit each
Unfortunately I can’t buy any more now, they only allow you to buy 3 per 30 days so I am officially cut off, waaah.
Getting back onto pressies, here’s a question I have been pondering….is it morally wrong to give things you got for free as gifts?
See, as you guys know my new hobby is finding bargains, well…I am so damn good at it I often get things for free…things that I plan on giving others for Xmas. For example, my mum wanted a Greek Cookery book, I had one ordered from Amazon but eventually they told me it’s out of stock, then I found out a way to get a £5 voucher for Cd-Wow, and the site offers free delivery, so I had a look and there it was, the same book for £4.59, so I got it and plan on giving it my mum. It’s not like I get random crap for free and then palm it off on people, it is actually stuff that they specifically want or I know they will like, yet somehow I still feel guilty about it - opinions?
Don’t you just love my Christmas avatar for the Forum?
Ok well that is all I have to say for now. This blog entry was brought to you by Jell-O. (TBL joke, anyone get it? huh? huh?)

Horaayy..there are 13 comment(s) for me so far ;)
No I don’t think it’s wrong, you have to save some money for yourself too, right? Plus, it’s something she wants. So you’re not giving her random crap xD
I never really watched the Biggest Loser, although my mom is obsessed with it!
I’ve never watched the biggest loser, but I’m happy MelRose didn’t win on Americas next top model!!
I’d love to get things for free and then be able to give them as Christmas presents! I don’t see anything wrong with it at all.
Well, I don’t watch TBL… that’s with Caroline Rhea, right? Bleh. But as for the gift giving, I see nothing wrong with it. Especially since you were trying to get it before, you just happened to find it elsewhere with a discount that got it for free. Nothing wrong with that!
I don’t think that is wrong at all, in fact it’s rarther clever!
Couldn’t you get Gav to register with the phone people then sell his 3? Maybe he’d want to sell them, but still it’s profit for him then and he can buy you an even better xmas pressie!
I’d rarther like to swap addresses so I can send you a card next week, would you like to? If so PM me at the forum!
I’ve never seen a single episode of The Biggest Loser…
As for the question of whether it’s morally wrong to recyle presents… no, I don’t think it is wrong… because if you don’t like/use/want what you were given, what will you do with it? Chuck it out? If you think that SOMEONE else will REALLY like it (if you’re being honest, that is), then by all means - recyle. Just make sure you remember who gave it to you in the first place… otherwise, you might accidentally give it to them (yikes! haha).
Personally, I like to donate stuff I have no use for - to charity.
your forum avatar is so cute
And no, I don’t think it’s wrong to give free stuff as presents, it’s the thought that counts, right? and it’s something that your mum wants, and what does she care if you spend £50 or £5 on it, right?
Ebay has been nice to me, by letting me buy stuff, but because it’s so damn expensive shipping from where I live selling stuff is just not an option… I wish I could though, it would be an ok extra income..
Hi I was in London this summer. I was run over and dragged 150 feet by a tour bus. Near a subway sandwhich resturant. Sorry for typos lil tipsy lol. I was rushed to a hospital in front of or in back of the Parliment building. I was mortifeid that even tho I didnt break a bone I did have gashe on my knees and all I got from the doctors was a tetnus shot aND NO BANDAIDS. Now as far as my stay in UK. I found the women to be the most happiest and super fun to be with. Such a sassiness British women have. A man can build an empire with an Englishwoman by his side. I know a ghost is out to get me in London as I have some pull and I saw the cctv feed. I was pushed into the bus but there was nobody in back of me. Film doesnt lie. I found London to be just wonderous. Every square foot a blast from the past. A gloriuos people indeed.
I’ve been trying that too: Blog every 2-3 days, it was going good for a few weeks but I ruined it last week. =[
Just passed by po
Wow. I used to watch the biggest loser, but I stopped watching it this season. It sounds like it’s going badly from what you have said. I’m voting for wylie I guess, lol.
I’m happy your making progress with Christmas shopping!

Hey nice site, and love the color’s. I dont think it’s wrong to give things u got for free as a gift.
If people really want the things that you get for free or very cheap, does it really matter what it cost? No, of course not. At least, that’s what I think. It’s the gesture that matters. =)
I have to get cracking on getting the last few presents, too. I’ll probably get those online, too. It’s so much easier. =)
