Sorry for not blogging, I’ve been a busy bee :bee:
Hurrah, it’s finally December, that means I can officially get into the Christmas spirit!! I usually refuse to do anything Christmassy prior to December and usually that’s pretty easy but I have found it so hard this year, probably because the hype seems to have started even earlier than normal…since Halloween ended really. I have cheated and bought a few pressies already, but I couldn’t resist the bargains! Today I opened my very first Christmas card (thanks Kixy :throb:) and I received a package from my Secret Santa, all the way from Singapore…hmmm…I wonder who got me? hehe I have not opened it yet, going to wait a week or so 
I went shopping to buy pressies, but failed miserably…I was so knackered and just wasn’t in the mood some how, I came home with all my cards but no pressies, oh well, lots to order on the net and plenty of time still to go! Later tonight, or more likely tomorrow I am going to write all of the cards that need posting, address them and buy stamps so I can post them asap and I am going to get the stuff ready to send to my Secret Santee. I have made a lovely Christmas avatar that I have started using on forums, I am currently downloading a Christmassy compilation album and I might even make a Christmassy/winter layout…or at least Christmassify this one. I also enjoy the first of the month because it’s ‘payday’ from a few online places, today I get my TLA and Dreamhost payments…ahhh….Tis the season tra la la la la la la la laaaa. :snowflake: :snowman:
In other news today is going to be done in the style of a list, I do like my listy blogs
* Went to see Borat on Tuesday, what a pile of bollox that was. I don’t know if I went in expecting too much because of the hype or if it really did just suck, either way I want my 2 hours and £4.50 back :no:
* I didn’t lose 3lbs despite working my ass off, in fact I didn’t lose any lbs, I gained 2…go figure. Well, I weighed myself and hadn’t gained or lost anything, a few hours later after I had eaten 2 slices of toast I weighed myself again because I was annoyed and convinced it must have been wrong first time around, then it said +2lbs, meh.
* All three people who were meant to comment from Despair, did do, shocker, that’s the first time that has happened since I joined.
* Smoking is to be banned in all enclosed public places as of July 1st 2007.
* It’s the IACGMOOH finale is tonight, though I am finding it hard to care since my favourite was evicted last night. It was a case of people getting complacent, everyone thought he was a cert for the final so were saving their votes…then BOOM, he’s the one to go. Who ever woulda thunk it though, David Gest becomes a British hero :dizzy:
* I have some stuff up on eBay, go check it out and buy it all, especially this lovely phone, mmmmm yummy.

I’m not really a Christmasey person. I only like being around my family’s arguing butts, lol. This year, however, is pretty special to me bc it is my daugther’s first XMas. Hope you have fun celebrating!
I need to go christmas shopping today too. All those freaking people. I swear no one knows o wto drive. This is the first christmas in years I am looking forward to it all.
Yay, I’m excited about it being December too. I’m taking part in a Secret Santa at work - I still have no idea what to get. It’s so much harder buying a present for a boy! Last year my present was for a girl.
Christmas shopping.. I should start doing that… but then I don’t know what to get people! The secret santa got cancelled because some people couldn’t be around to meet up since they’re on long overdue holidays. Blah.

i thought christmas started really early this year - especially over here..christmas decorations were in the shops before halloween had started, and they’ve been showing christmas movies since the middle of november! what’s going on! haha.
