It does happen - my bf ordered a phone and an extra memory card and they sent him 2! But he gave the other one to his friend lol.

Man, tell me about iTunes, what a POS! It was nicer a few versions ago (for windows) but iTunes 7 is just a giant load.. you know, there are several alternatives, iPodder is ok and.. well google is your friend on this one.
