I loooooooooove my new TFT Monitor, it’s so sleek and clear and sexy, woo. I didn’t even realise how bad my old one was…I finally got around to watching the finale of Lost (yeah, a little slow I know) and it was like watching a whole other show, normally it was so dark you could just about work out what was going on…I assumed it was meant to be like that, I didn’t realise that you can actually see things in the background of the Hatch etc
I kinda wish I hadn’t bought it now though because my computer decided to pack in on Thursday night, it’s been on the brink of death for a couple of weeks now…so I ordered a bunch of bits (£130) for it and paid like £8 for super fast delivery on them…then on Friday my dad tinkered with it (I think he just tightened the motherboard connection or something) and since it’s been working fine, doh! I suppose it makes sense to have it fixed up properly any way, it is poorly and the fix is only likely to be temporary…but I hate spending money I don’t plan on spending and I am annoyed I paid £8 for super fast delivery when now it’s just going to all sit on my floor for a week until Gav comes up and sorts it for me! I had plans for that money, I was going to buy one of those ‘hutches’ (I am not even sure that’s what they are called) for my desk, I used the top of my old monitor as a sort of shelf, so now although I have more desk space most of it is used by that stuff. I have also totally fallen in love with a new mobile phone (yes, again), ain’t it beautiful?

but…I am going to be good and not spend any more money now until October, the money I earn from Text Link Ads and selling Advertising space this month covers most of the computer bits and the 2 Sims 2 expansion packs I already ordered, so it’s not so bad I suppose.

Gah this entry is so rambly and boring, I think I forgot it was a blog entry a long the way and just started chatting to myself!

I got a decent nights sleep last night, which is nice. My next door neighbours have been back working on the place all week so I have been woken up practically every morning.

That Myspace thing is very addictive isn’t it? I fought it for so long because I knew I would become obsessed with the place once I did join :duh:
I started looking up old school friends the other day and I actually found 2 to my surprise, also been looking up people from within 5 miles of me just to see if there’s anyone I recognise and so far I have found 3 people who used to shop where I worked, freaky stuff :rotfl:
