I can’t believe they aired another Lost recap show last night, that’s the 3rd one in as many months! There was a recap show before season 2 started, one after the 10th episode and now one after the 19th episode. I know it’s a stereotype that Americans are stupid…and things like this don’t help dispell that myth!
We’ve also had about 8 weeks of ‘breaks’ so far this season…probably why I am not into Lost any more, I just find it annoying now…it’s slow enough in terms of plot, when you add in the contant breaks and need to remind people what happened so far it feels like it’s going backwards most of the time.

I also hate the constant need to recap and explain what’s coming up next in American shows in general, we get told what happened last episode, what is coming up in this episode, some new footage, what is coming up after the break, break, what happened before the break, new footage, what is coming up after the break, break, what happened before the break, new footage, what is coming up next episode, end. It’s especially bad on programs like Wife Swap and Trading Spouces, when ‘Hells Kitchen’ was on it was ridiculous, I did a test and skipped all the ad breaks and recaps….an hour long program when broken down is actually only 19 minutes of new footage. Insanity.

In other news, I found this site which like…reviews the offers you get on the Free Ipods thing, it tells you like how to cancel, how easy it is to cancel, exactly how much it costs, anything to watch out for etc. Thought it might come in handy, I know a bunch of you have told me you want to help me out but are nervous of the offers. That Freebidding.com one still looks best, it only costs $1 (and you get $25 in return from me) and is dead simply to cancel etc, it is rated highly on Ratetheoffers.com

Recap of my blog so far this season. In the last entry I posted an advert for free-scripts.ws, I complained that Plugboard.org was down due to a DNS change, I showed off an avatar Makar made me and I talked about some Australian TV shows.
Coming up in this blog entry, I shall talk about the annoyance of how Lost is aired in America, as well as a general rant about how annoying all the ‘recaps’ on American TV are. Also I shall plug my iPod referral link again and tell you a good site related to that.

Coming up after the break, I shall complain more about this and cite an example of a few shows that are really bad for it.

Before the break, I talked about the annoyance of how Lost is aired in America.

After the break I shall talk about my iPod referral URL as well as provide you with a link related to that.

So far this blog entry I talked about the annoyance of how Lost is aired in America as well as a general complaint about other shows going over the top with recaps and such.

Coming up in my next blog entry, I shall probably talk about Australian Big Brother, Australian Biggest Loser and other TV shows. I might have a wee rant about someone online who is getting on my nerves and more than likely I shall talk about the fact my parents no longer have a car and it’s really annoying.
