OK I just don’t get it, they keep advertising these ‘Reborn babies’ in my TV Guide magazine I get every week and they make we want to vomit, I just don’t understand why anyone with a sane mind would want one of those things laying around the house…I mean, seriously what are they for? There’s no way they are intended as kids dolls so they must be for fucked up adults who can’t have kids or are tyring to replace a lost kid or something *shudder* 
Look at them, they are so realistic it’s scary…here, here, here and more here…imagine it just…laying there..looking all real. Ugh.
So go on, some one educate me…why the hell do these things exist if not for creepy, fucked up reasons?
My next point of note today…’Ganging up/Picking on people’ - It’s something that was brought up during the whole LEIA drama and now again on Celebrity Big Brother with Jodie Marsh (who from now on is referred to as DogFace). Ganging up on is something that is completely unavoidable…because the definition of it is simply ‘To assemble or join in a group‘ - it has no negative connotations, it simply means you are in the minority in an argument/fight/debate/competition…and that is something that happens to every single person on the planet most days. If you see it as something bad and connect it with being picked on then that is down to your own immaturity and inability to defend your opinion when not surrounded by more people than the ‘opposition’.
That probably didn’t make much sense, but it’s a new pet peeve of mine thanks to DogFace…there was one example where she was telling Pete about how she hated the wearing of fur (which he does) and he was debating back with her, then she said something about it being murder and Goerge then joined in..
DogFace: Oh now you are ganging up on me.
Them: No we aren’t
*little more debate*
Dogface: How can I get my point across now when there’s 2 of you ganging up on me.
Them: Why are you getting so defencive?
DogFace: BECAUSE YOU ARE GANGING UP ON ME! I’m not doing this any more!
*DogFace storms off to bedroom to tell any one who will listen that George and Pete are bullies who ganged up on her just cos she doesn’t like fur *waaaaails**
OK, here endeth today’s rant…synopsis: You are not being ‘Picked on’ just because you are in the minority, if you feel like you are that’s down to your own psyche.
I got a new phone, squuuueeeeeee. Well I didn’t get it yet, I ordered it yesterday and am hoping it will arrive on Thursday, Friday at the latest…I’m pretty bloody nervous about it because it is second hand off of eBay, generally things I buy new in shops don’t even work so I don’t know what kind of luck I am going to have with this! The battery will probably die within a week, it’ll be all scratched and smashed and won’t work with an Orange sim card knowing my luck! I think I will have to buy a dongle or something first, but finally I will be able to take pictures with it and upload them to my computer, how much fun will that be? You’ll get to see me in the pub and in other areas of my house rather than just at my desk haha
Here it is, ain’t it hawwwt? 
I will be selling my old one once I know this one works…I will put it on eBay, but if any of you guys want it let me know, it’s a VK530, unlocked to any network, 1 year old but in good condition - some general wear and tear. It’s crap, as I have mentioned before…it’s buggy…so please search for some reviews and whatnot first…then if you are still willing to pay £57 for it let me know!

Ohh, I have a friend who makes those babies.
I don’t really like them but they do look realistic. 
I keep meaning to watch that programme but then get busy doing something else…lol.
Jodie Marsh was probably picked on when she was younger and is now hyper sensitive about things such as that? I almost sounded intelligent then.
I hope your latest eBay buy will be better. You could be really lucky this time and the phone will be perfect?

I read once that ‘DogFace’ used to get picked on and her parents paid for her to get a nose job and then she became ‘famous’ and all that, she used to look really ugly (And still does).
Anyway glad you won the phone, and did not end up with 2 of them.

Those babies are scary. I know I had a life-like baby when I was a little girl but it wasn’t like those. LOL Those are creepy.
cute web-site…i hope your phone gets there safely & works great…lol i’ve ordered things off ebay before and they’ve gotten here just fine and most generally in great condition…although it is used there is some doubt but i’m sure things will work out fine for u…

Reborns are freaky but these new dolls are real disturbing.
So what are those reborn things? Are they dolls that someone bought at a store and then added plastic to it’s face to change it’s features and look more realistic?

Helllllllo Starlet. I would like to ask you about an idea i’ve had. Now, I’ll appologise first, as I’ve been awake for 22hours now, with a litre of doctor pepper, 4 pro plus and a whole load of tea & chocolate biscuits keeping me up. (essay deadline at midday)
I have recently traded in another-friday.net for two new domains, and a reseller package, with which I plan on using to start a mini ‘hosting’ company type thing. However, I wish to offer incentives to those who refer others to my service. I thought about offering a ‘week/month worth of free (i.e. I pay) sticky’ on plugboard.org for a whopping 5 referals to me.) Like, 1 / 2 will be advertising on my site itself. So, I was wondering:
1) Is this ok with you?
2) Would there be any reduction, say a % in price if I bring lots of advertising business your way? (say they get hooked on the 200odd hits a day-or-whatever that PB.org sends? (I know I did after my sticky button but am waiting for $ to clear in account before I can buy personally for me, for me new site!))
Anyhow - hope you don’t think that this is a cheaky request. If you’d prefer to not do any kind reduction, that’s fair. All’s fair in love and web.

Hmm… I don’t know about those babies. I figure they could be just for collection but those Ebay pages are a little too much. Collecting them is one thing (although I don’t see why anyone would want to collects babies) but treating them like a real baby? No, it’s disturbing. I have a 15 month old and a 4 month old - I don’t think I would anyone who has one of those reborn babies anywhere near my own children. Creepy.
