My first Motherfunking Ebay purchase does not work, typical. I can’t get a refund either so that was a big old waste of money and time….I knew eBay scared me for a reason.

I’ve never bought from ebay and I probablly never will. I don’t trust it either looks to fishy to me.

Aww, that sucks that your first purchase didn’t go well. I’ve had my share of bad purchases as well, but my good purchases outnumber the bad. Hopefully the issue will be able to be worked out. =(

Sorry about your first purchase going bad… Not all are bad, though; I’ve bought plenty of things from Ebay.
Why can’t you get a refund? If the item is listed as new or in new condition, then it’s assumed that it will work, and if it doesn’t, then contact the seller. If the seller won’t do anything about it, report it to eBay.
Unless it just doesn’t work with your PC, in which case, yeah, you’re SOL =(
