mmm it’s nice to be home, as much as I like spending time at Gavs…it’s bloody freezing in his house, you go out in a t-shirt or something, then get home and wrap up in several layers to keep warm :snowflake:

The wedding was more fun than I had expected it to be, I was pretty nervous about the whole thing to be honest…having Gav with me certainly helped…as did the free alcohol :champagne:
I didn’t realise how long a wedding goes on for though, I havn’t been to one since I was a child…we were there from 11.30am til 6.30pm and then at the evening ‘do’ from 9pm - midnight!
Gav and my mother got very very drunk, I was pretty drunk myself (Taboo+lemonade, pint of stella, pimms+lemonade, 3 large glasses of wine, 2 glasses of champagne, 2 pints of stella and a vodka+coke!) but when we went home for a few hours I had a sleep and a cup of tea whereas they drank a bottle of wine, shameful
One thing it did teach me…if I ever decide to tie the knot it’s not going to be a big white wedding, the smaller the better infact…just a handful of close friends and family, nice (but not formal) clothes and then back to a pub for some grub and beers

We didn’t do anything noteworthy at Gav’s I don’t think, just had a lazy loved up few days :throb:
Wednesday night we went to the casino that Gav and a few of his friends go to a couple of times a week, they go because Gav’s friend gets comp food since him and his family spend so much on gambling there…but they changed the menu so that you can’t get anything off of the grill after 11.30pm…aka no more free steak….they were not happy about this and now reckon they are never going there again lol

The coach ride home was horrible :bus:
When I got on it was pretty full so the only place to sit was right at the back, next to the loo :toiletpaper:
There had been an accident on the motorway so we had to go the ’scenic’ route to the first stop off…that added an extra 40 minutes to the 3 hour journey….there was 2 people sat infront of me who were playing with their bloody phones non-stop for the first hour and a half, playing games, showing each other ringtones and whatnot…all on full volume…it was driving me insane :hyper:
I got my revenge though, after they had stopped and rested their heads on each other and snuggled up for a little nap…I turned my phone on full volume and messed around with it for 10 minutes :winner_first_h4h:
Also about 40 minutes from my station, a little kid puked up at the front of the coach…thankfully because I was right at the back it took a while for the smell to drift back, but I still had to enjoy the aroma for about 15 minutes…I swear i’ve never been as happy to get off a coach in my life.
I hate public transport!

Today is the last day of the Ipod Comp as well as the last day of the Win with walkers one…my iPod owning dreams are over :bigcry1:
Oh well, it isn’t the end of the world…I havn’t lost anything, infact i’ve gained a few new friends, discovered some great new websites and had a lot of fun doing the Mystery Object comp Of course I would have loved to have won one…really really would have loved it, but what can ya do…

I am not entering the comp again for October…it was never my intention to keep on entering and entering until I win, I think that is pretty selfish…I only entered again for September because they changed the rules and whatnot and I figured I stood a good chance now that it was a ‘fair’ contest - and if they had the sensible rule that a site can only win once rather than as often as they like then I probably would have won, second is very impresive I think, don’t you? Hopefully some of you guys who have been voting for me the last 2 months will enter for October and then I can support you guys instead
